People of various races are inherently different, thats how there are different races to begin with. As long as you aren't making assumptions about an indiviudal's intelligence, demeanor, physical abilities, or what not based off that persons race, who cares if its racist or not.

That 's not my country' s legal standpoint, since racism is entirely subjective. Calling someone "Black", "Negro", "Colored"or even "African American" can have racist conotation(If you don' t believe me, I' ll show you proof).
What you did wasn ' t racist, since you never implied that their langage was in any sense inferior to English. Peoples are over-sensitive these days.
Altought I don' t think your analogy with Blah Blah Blah works - as a non native english-speaker, never saw that expression being used to describe the english language.
